ESP | ESP (Environmentally Safe Priming) System

Hale’s ESP priming system provides the ultimate in fast priming, high vacuum performance and reliability without the use of a lubricant. Technologically advanced and environmentally safe, the Model ESP is self lubricating. There is no oil tank to check and refill, no oil is expelled to the ground. The ESP is a semiautomatic priming system with a single action control valve which simultaneously activates the entire system ensuring fast consistent air evacuation. Hale’s electric rotary vane-type positive displacement primer is available with 12-volt or 24-volt DC power.

  6. Thermal Relief Valve (TRV)

TRV | Thermal Relief Valve (TRV)

Hale’s Thermal Relief Valve automatically protects your pump from the overheating that may be caused by “deadheading”. Minimizing the need for operator attention to overheating during pumping operations, the TRV 120 automatically dumps a controlled amount of water to atmosphere or back to tank when the pump water temperature exceeds the preset value (120oF/49oC) of the relief valve, and then automatically closes when the water cools. When ordered as a TRV-L 120 with indicator light option, a visual warning lamp is lit when the TRV valve is open. The TRV-L 120 combines the functions of water bypass with an operator warning system
